Most airlines allow families with small children to board first, but remember your baby already has to be on the airplane for the duration of the flight. Don’t make it longer than necessary. Boarding all passengers might take an hour until takeoff. It might seem like a good idea, but think twice before doing it. Remember to be flexible and prepared to adjust your plans if needed.
Car and Mobile Home Travel
Car and mobile home travel have similar principles, but there are differences as well. With mobile homes, you have the advantage of having everything you need when you stop, while with car travel, you still need to find a place to stay and everything else that comes with it. When traveling by car or mobile home, it’s essential to stop every 2-3 hours so your baby can walk, play, eat, or simply get out of the car seat. Staying in a car seat for too long is not good for babies.
